DeepVoid is an AI-powered cybersecurity research platform designed for authorized security professionals, ethical hackers, and penetration testers. The Service provides AI-assisted analysis, code generation, and cybersecurity knowledge through a subscription-based model.

3. Authorized Use Only

You agree to use DeepVoid exclusively for lawful, authorized purposes. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Authorized penetration testing with proper written consent
  • Security research and vulnerability disclosure within legal frameworks
  • Educational purposes and professional development
  • Bug bounty programs and responsible disclosure

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party agreements. Unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data is strictly prohibited.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Subscription & Payments

Access to DeepVoid requires a paid subscription. All payments are processed via cryptocurrency through our payment provider. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis
  • All sales are final — no refunds due to the nature of crypto payments
  • Usage limits are enforced per plan as described on the pricing page
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

  • Conduct unauthorized attacks against systems you do not own or have permission to test
  • Develop malware intended for unauthorized deployment
  • Engage in fraud, identity theft, or financial crimes
  • Resell, redistribute, or share your account access
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service itself

7. Limitation of Liability

DeepVoid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or legal consequences arising from your use of the Service. You assume full responsibility for how you apply information or tools obtained through DeepVoid. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology comprising DeepVoid are owned by us. Output generated through the Service may be used by you for your authorized purposes, but you may not claim the underlying AI model or Service technology as your own.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
