1. Our Commitment to Privacy

DeepVoid is built with privacy at its core. We collect only what is necessary to provide the Service, and we do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We believe cybersecurity professionals deserve a tool that respects their operational security.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you register, we collect your email address, display name, and a hashed version of your password. We never store your password in plain text.

Chat Data

Your conversations with DeepVoid are stored in our database to provide conversation history and continuity. Chat content is associated with your account and is not shared with other users.

Payment Information

Payments are processed entirely through OxaPay (our cryptocurrency payment provider). We store transaction IDs and payment status but never store wallet addresses or private keys. All payment processing is handled by OxaPay under their own privacy policy.

Usage Data

We track basic usage metrics such as message counts and subscription status to enforce plan limits. We do not use third-party analytics trackers or advertising pixels.

3. How We Use Your Information

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices:

  • ▸PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase with encryption at rest
  • ▸Passwords hashed with bcrypt (12 salt rounds)
  • ▸Session data secured with iron-session (encrypted, httpOnly cookies)
  • ▸All connections encrypted via TLS/HTTPS

5. AI Processing

Your messages are sent to our AI processing infrastructure to generate responses. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. Your chat data is processed in real-time and responses are streamed back to you. The AI provider does not retain your data beyond the scope of generating a response.

6. Data Retention

Your account data and conversation history are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete a conversation, it is permanently removed from our database. If you wish to delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at the address below.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • ▸Supabase — Database hosting
  • ▸OxaPay — Cryptocurrency payment processing
  • ▸Vercel — Application hosting

Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them if you have concerns.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • ▸Request deletion of your account and data
  • ▸Export your conversation data
  • ▸Cancel your subscription at any time

9. Cookies

We use a single session cookie (deepvoid_session) to maintain your authentication state. This cookie is encrypted, httpOnly, and essential for the Service to function. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party cookie-based analytics.
